What are cookies?

  3. efficiency cookies, for collecting browsing information for the University of Warsaw sites;
  4. functional cookies, used for storing user settings and for customization of user interface;
  5. social cookies, enabling the  sharing of the content of our sites with friends via social networks  built around such social services as Facebook, Twitter etc.

You can block cookies by changing your browser settings. You can  change your browser settings to receive an alert during every attempt of cookie placement. You can also change the settings to block all cookies or some of them.
